Reynolds was before the Town of Burke Board on August <br /> 5 , 1992 to inform the Board that she would be making an <br /> amendment to her petition and CUP , since the septic system <br /> has been condemned , it will be necessary for them to install <br /> a mound system on the property in back of the bar that is <br /> currently zoned R-1 , that was part of the rezoning to B-1 . <br /> There will be about 8 feet of the R-1 area changed to B- 1 , <br /> as the trees on the property line are to be inside the <br /> fenced area for the Recreational Use . <br /> All conditions will remain the same . I did omit the <br /> permitted use of the residence in my June 24 , 1992 letter , <br /> by mistake , as it is allowed . <br /> Since the grandfathered horseshoe pits have been moved and <br /> they are no longer grandfathered . Mrs . Reynolds is not to <br /> allow the use of any of the recreational area until a <br /> privacy fence has been installed . <br /> This fence is to be installed by 4 : 00 P . M . on August 11 , <br /> 1992 or the request for the zoning change and C . U . P. is to <br /> be denied . <br /> Supervisor Debi Stenson from our Town Board will be present <br /> at the Public Hearing on August 11th .
