At that Town Board meeting Mr. Miller applied for <br /> Town approval of a land-division and zoning change for property <br /> he owned located at 4977 Hahn Road. Mr. Miller sought to change <br /> zoning from A-1 exclusive to R-1A residential. <br /> A review of Vienna records and the Vienna Land-division and <br /> Subdivision records indicated this request met the requirement <br /> of the Town Plan. Mr. Miller owned this property prior to the <br /> addoption of the ordinance in December of 1974- and thus was <br /> allowed to divide the property once for his personal family <br /> use to create a parcel for a home. The Board voted to support <br /> Mr. Miller 's request to divide the parcel and to change the <br /> zoning as requested to allow construction of a single family <br /> home for Mr. Miller 's personal use.
