REGULAR BOARD MEETING - 10/15/91 - 7 :00 P. M. - TOWN HALL <br /> PRESENT: Chairman Royal Lunde, Supervisors Charles Haberly, Dorothy <br /> Manson, Jerome Movrich , Kenneth Schuck, Treasurer Marie Lunde , Chairman <br /> Planning Zoning Committee Henry Stiklestad , Clerk Janice Sorenson. <br /> ALSO PRESENT : David/Lois Handt , Marc Blank , Bill Snively <br /> MEETING CONVENED AT 7 :00 P .M. by Chr . Lunde. <br /> MINUTES OF 10/1/91 approved by motion of Sup. Schuck with the correction <br /> that Sup . Monson was not in attendance 10/1/91 as recorded. Second by <br /> Sup . Haberly and carried . <br /> TREASURER ' S REPORT/BILLS accepted as presented by motion of Sup. <br /> Haberly, second by Sup. Monson and carried. <br /> COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> PLANNING ZONING report by Chr . Stiklestad . HAUGE REZONE of B1 needs to <br /> be C-1 as it is more appropriate for the present use. Motion by Sup. <br /> Monson to grant C-1 commercial on the two parcels, limiting use to <br /> retail and service for woodburning stoves , and sales and repair of lawn- <br /> garden equipment . Second by Sup. Schuck and carried . <br /> PLUMLEY REZONE of the property located at 2558 Cty . Hwy. N . Motion by <br /> Sup. Movrich to approve conditional C-2 zoning limited to: <br /> i ) truck and bus terminal , not to exceed 6 trucks , and <br /> s) warehouse uses <br /> The following uses in C-1 zoning will not be permitted: <br /> g) rooming/boarding houses <br /> h) bakeries, printing plants , laundries/dry cleaning plants <br /> m ) experimental laboratories not to exceed 5, 000 sq. ft. plan area <br /> second by Sup . Haberly and carried. <br /> PRELIMINARY CSM'S by Kerry/ Jim Hauge. Motion by Sup . Haberly to <br /> approve the Preliminary CSM for the parcel called Lot 1-Part of the N . E . <br /> 1/2--N .W. 1/4 Sec. 4 T . 6N R. 11E. where the rezone is to C-1 (above ) , <br /> second by Sup. Schuck and carried. Motion by Sup. Schuck to approve <br /> Hauge preliminary CSM of the map and description of a sanitary sewer <br /> easement to be added to Lot-1 (2. 05 acres) , second by Sup . Movrich and <br /> carried. <br /> SPECIAL EXCEPTION #2195 by Barbara Wolfe , agent for Don Wahlin to permit <br /> filling and grading at 1989 Skyline Drive. Motion by Sup. Movrich to <br /> approve #2195 , second by Sup. Schuck and carried. <br /> OSCAR/SHIRLEY LINNERUD - HOUSING DEVELOPMENT/GOLF COURSE - There would <br /> be 66 lots , each 3/4 acre around a 9 hole golf course. Minutes <br /> detailing the discussion/proposal/concerns of Planning Zoning Commission <br /> which Chr . Stiklestad reported to the board are found in the <br /> Planning/Zoning minutes of 10/2/91 . No action taken on the proposal <br /> by Planning Zoning Commission. <br /> COMMUNICATIONS TO THE CLERK <br /> MARC BLANK-VEHICLE ACCESS TO LAKE - Mr . Blank is a member of the <br /> Madison Sports Car Club and would like to have a club event on Lake <br /> Kegonsa by Sunnyside St. on the ice. It would be a timed event with a <br /> course marked with pylons and only one vehicle would access the lake at <br /> a time. It is not a professional event . There is no money involved . <br /> It would be held in late Jan. or early Feb. They have liability of <br /> $100,000. The Board thinks the County has a law against vehicle access <br /> to the lake. They need to first check with Dane Co . Sup . Schuck <br />
