expressed concern over insurance coverage . OLD BUSINESS ROAD BILL-SEWER DISTRICT The bill to the Town is $58 ,932.26 . PSSD#1 owes the Town for two culverts 1-15"x22 ' and 1-18"x22 ' for total of $430, and for tow loads of gravel 18yds.@ $6/yd. =+$108 and llyds .@ $6/yd . = $66. Motion by Sup. Haberly that a bill should be sent showing the original cost , noting the deduction of our charges , and send a check with the remainder which we owe . ($58,328 . 26) Second by Sup. Schuck and carried . Because of budget concerns Sup. Haberly moved that a Check for $51 , 128. 26 should be sent with a notation that we will pay the remaining $7, 200 after tax collection 1992 and that we will pay 4% interest on $7 ,200 until that time . Second by Chr . Lunde and carried. There is about 1 . 4 miles that needs sealcoating because of the roadwork in the sewer district to make the roads smooth. It will cost approximately $7700 total . Discussion followed about asking PSSD#1 to pay half this expense to be done with roadwork in 1992. Motion by Sup. Schuck that Chr. Lunde should approach the sewer commissioners about this proposal . Second by Sup . Movrich and carried. NEW BUSINESS EMS-LARGER NUMBERS - Odean Teigen has suggested that the rural numbers are not easily seen at night and is looking into larger numbers to be posted at roadside . The cost would be about $10 residence. Discussion followed, but no action taken pending more information from Odean. LETTER BY ATTY . KNICKMEIER FOR THE BOARD REQUESTING PSSD#1 COMMISSIONERS LOOK INTO THE POSSIBILITY OF ANNEXING PETTY ACRES/OAK KNOLL - Motion by Sup. Haberly that the letter should be sent . Second by Sup . Schuck and carried. Motion by Sup. Movrich, that pending approval of Atty. that a notice of sending the letter of request should be noticed in the Hub and posted in the three posting places . Second by Sup . Schuck and carried. WIS. BELL PERMIT TO LAY CABLE IN BEATRICE COURT granted with consent of the Board and signed by Chr . Lunde. DANE COUNTY TOWNS REQUEST FOR FUNDS - $500 is amount requested for lawsuit against Dane Co. Zoning . Motion by Sup. Haberly to send $500 for our commitment . Second by Sup . Monson . Concern expressed by Sup . Schuck that if no progress is made in the next year , the board reconsider and bring up the fact to Dane Co Towns . Motion carried . BUDGET HEARING/TOWN MEETING TO SET MILL RATE set for November 19 at 6:00 P.M. previous to the regular board meeting, by motion of Sup . Schuck, second by Sup. Movrich and carried. BUDGET WORK SESSION set for Tuesday , Nov . 24 at 6:00 P. M . by motion of Sup. Movrich, seconded by Sup . Monson and carried. (Date changed to Thursday October 24 at 6 :00 P. M. to accommodate publishing notices in a timely manner . ) JERRY ANDERSON-SNOW PLOWING by Town because of handicapped child. A letter should be sent informing him of this accompanied by a list of commercial snow plowers published in the Town Newsletter last year . ALCOHOL/DRUG AWARENESS MONTH IS OCTOBER - a proclamation was sent signed by Cty. Exec. Phelps, accompanied by one for Chr . Lunde to sign. He signed, they both should be posted and a copy of our proclamation , sent to PICADA.
