Motion died for lack of a second . The Linneruds and Mr . <br /> Weir were asked to restate what they are proposing to the commission <br /> and Town Board . The proposal includes the following: <br /> - Revert some land presently zoned R-3 (approx . 39 acres) back to <br /> A-lEx as an exchange . <br /> -- Change approx . 140 acres of A-1Ex to some other zoning to <br /> accommodate a golf course and housing development . <br /> - Expand limited service area so sewer can accomodate this <br /> development. <br /> To consider the above proposals , a joint meeting of the Town Planning <br /> Commission, Town Board, and a representative (Tom Smillie ) from <br /> Regional Planning Commission was set for Wed . , Oct . 16 , 1991 at the <br /> Town Hall .
