Blasting shall be limited to a maximum of 2.0 PPV at the location of the <br /> Koch pipeline. <br /> 2. Siesmograph readings shall be taken for each blasting operation and said <br /> readings print-out shall be shall be submitted to the Town Board. <br /> 3. The quarry excavation shall not extend further South than 400' from the <br /> South line of the existing Conditional Use Permit #257. <br /> 4. Liability insurance coverage for the quarry shall be increased to <br /> $5,000,000.00 and maintained at that level until the quarry is closed. <br /> Proof of said coverage shall be submitted to the Town Board. <br /> 5. The conditional use permit shall be for a period of 20 years. <br />
