zNR 11/24/92 Minutes <br /> • page 5 <br /> RESTRICTIONS <br /> A. A maximum of three parcels may be created in the RH-1 zoned area <br /> and when this maximum is reached further division is prohibited. <br /> B. The RH-2 zoned area is to be maintained as one parcel and may not <br /> be devided into smaller parcels. <br /> C. Residential buildings may not be constructed within 150 feet of the <br /> East line of the rezone area. <br /> D. Residences constructed shall have a minimum of 2000 square feet of <br /> living area not including the basement. <br /> E. A declaration shall be recorded the Drezonesarea <br /> declaration shall pertain t <br /> and any subsequent parcels which may be divided from the rezone <br /> area. Said declaration shall provide notice to an owner or owners <br /> of the land that: <br /> 1. The Deerfield Rod & Gun Club including a shooting range <br /> exists within 1/2 mile of the property, noise from the <br /> range will be noticeable. <br /> 2. This property is adjacent to agricultural use land. Owners <br /> of the property shall expect that there may be noise, dust, <br /> odors, etc. , as a result of normal agricultural activity. <br /> Motion carried 5-0. <br /> MOTION by Sara/Hellenbrand to approve as amended; carried 4-1, Berceau <br /> voting no. <br /> CONDITIONS <br /> 1. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its <br /> approval by Dane County, a letter of credit is submitted to the <br /> Town of Medina to cover 30% of the estimated cost of improvements <br /> of a 400 foot segment of Pavlak Rd. Failure to submit the letter <br /> of credit will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> 5456 Bristol Sportsmans Bristol <br /> MOTION by Hellenbrand/Anderson to include the restrictions specified by <br /> the Town as follows: <br /> A. Use of rifles on the shooting range is prohibited. <br /> Motion carried 5-0. <br /> MOTION by Hellenbran/Anderson to approve as amended; carried 4-1, <br /> Berceau voting no. <br /> 5460 Rawson Blue Mounds <br /> MOTION by Berceau/Sara to amend the petition from RH-2 to A-2(8) as <br /> specified by the Town; carried 5-0. <br /> amended; carried 5-0. <br /> MOTION by Berceau/Sara to approve <br /> *5466 Rowe Springfield <br /> MOTION by Sara/Hellenbrand to reafirm previous action of the committee <br /> to approve the rezone subject to the restriction that said property_ <br /> shall be divided into a minimum of 7 lots; motion carried 5-0. <br />
