Utility easements are to be provided. i <br /> 1 11 2. Street names, consistent with Chapter 76, Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances, are to be provided. <br /> 3. The parcel located at the East end of Hilton Lane is to be included as <br /> a lot within this plat. <br /> 4. Provision is to be made for the eventual extension of Hilton Lane to <br /> the East. <br /> 5. An erosion control - drainage control plan is to be submitted for <br /> review and Land Conservation Committee approval is to be obtained. <br /> 6.
