These restrictions were <br /> recorded on February 12, 1993 as document 2439576 in Volume 21755, page 72. <br /> I have also received a letter form Cecelia F. Nelson, the Clerk of the Town of <br /> Deerfield. A copy of this letter was sent to you as well. I am in the process of <br /> contacting Ms. Nelson and the Pavlaks so that I have a clear understanding of Ms. <br /> Nelson's concerns. It is my recollection that the Pavlaks provided a letter of <br /> credit through the Cottage Grove State Bank and, consequently, I believe that this <br /> requirement has already been met.
