The zoning administrator is given <br /> some latitude in interpreting the appropriate district and other <br /> requirements for a use not specifically listed. It is my <br /> interpretation that uses which are similar to those listed in the <br /> ordinance may be permitted in the same manner as those that are listed. <br /> 4. Uses which permit similar overnight accommodation require a <br /> conditional use permit in each district where they might be allowed. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> Occasional overnight accommodation of scouts at the scout office and meeting <br /> facility requires a conditional use permit. <br /> I have enclosed for your convenience a copy of the instructions for the <br /> application for a conditional use permit.
