ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4857 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DUNN <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunn be amended to include in the R-1A <br /> Residential District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4857: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 16, Town of Dunn described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the Southwest corner of Burmester Woods Plat, thence N 87° 37' 45" <br /> East, along the South line of said plat, 33.05 feet to the Southwest corner of <br /> Lot #49 of said plat; thence continuing along said South line, N 87° 37' 45" <br /> East, 621.41 feet; thence S 00° 54' 00" West, 200.00 feet; thence S 87° 37' 45" <br /> West, 654.46 feet to the centerline of Keenan Road and the West line of said SE <br /> 1/4 SW 1/4; thence N 00° 54' 00" East, along said West line, 200.00 feet to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
