BLUE MOUNDS, WISCONSI N 53517 <br /> Dane County Land Regulation - <br /> Regards: Rolf Forshaug - Town of Blue Mounds and zoning petition #4987 <br /> Rolf Forshaug owns approximately 222 acres in the Town of Blue Mounds. <br /> We have discussed overall denisity of one dwelling unit per 35 acres per <br /> our land use plan for Mr. Forshaug - 222 acres would permit 6 units. As he <br /> owns property with 3 parcels already approved for RH-1 or RH-2 we have <br /> informed Mr. Forshaug that we will not permit any additional rezoning <br /> on any of his 222 acres beyond the 2 parcels now in question. <br /> In addition, none of the property already rezoned or either of the lots' <br /> now up for rezoning are tillable land.
