I appreciate the Committee's willingness <br /> to consider this petition. <br /> Since the Committee meeting last Tuesday evening, I have discussed this matter <br /> with several Committee members and have concluded that a deed restriction <br /> prohibiting construction of any building within 400 feet of the south property <br /> line is acceptable to me. An adjacent property owner, Mr. John Rowley, has <br /> requested a setback of this distance. <br /> Therefore, I respectfully request that the Dane County Board refer this <br /> petition to the Zoning Committee for further consideration at the Zoning <br /> Committee's next meeting. <br /> Thank you for considering this request.
