Due to a business conflict, I 've asked that <br /> this letter be read into the record. <br /> This property has been in our family for a long time. My <br /> uncle's property has been a source of enjoyment not only for <br /> him, but myself, my brothers and sister, many a nephew and niece <br /> of my uncle's and my father and my late grandfather, as well. <br /> By parceling off a few acres for the home itself to a relative, <br /> we would be able to keep some of this property in the family. <br /> While it has not been that easy finding a willing and able buyer <br /> for the balance of the acreage, we feel fortunate to have one <br /> that we're confident will act in utmost good faith with all his <br /> neighbors. <br /> My uncles and aunts - most now in their eighties, just want this <br /> settled in a fair way with no harm to anyone else. They hope <br /> these proceedings can move along now as we are coming up to <br /> almost a year since my uncle passed away and this process of <br /> settling the estate started. <br /> Your consideration and help in this matter would be greatly <br /> appreciated by my late uncle's brothers and sisters. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> OSE` J.
