Feb. 5, 1991 <br /> TO: Dane County Land Regulation and Records <br /> RE: Rezone building parcel (RH-1) in Town of Springfield,sec. 23 <br /> We are attaching necessary materials required for our request to rezone 2.72 acres <br /> in the NE 1/4 <br /> /8.the NW1/4 sec 23 in the Town of Springfield. We are buying this <br /> 40 acre parcel or the farmland rental and to erect a single family home on the <br /> hillside. <br /> The parcel described for the RH-1 zoning change includes art of the <br /> non-productive hillside and a small portion of the farm field at the top of the hill. <br /> We will need the RnC2 soil for proper perculation so the portion that will become <br /> drainfield is also included in this rezoning request. <br /> We are meeting with the Town Board and Springfield Planning Commission <br /> tonight,Feb. 5, to review this proposal. The timing is such that we will provide <br /> supplemental information to this request when the Town's opinions are known. <br /> With the size of this parcel of 40+ acres, we will be meeting the farmland <br /> preservation requirements. In laying out the drive and building site,every effort <br /> will be made to use non-productive land for this purpose. Perc and drive design <br /> will be done once the frost is out.
