Deed Restriction <br /> 1. WHEREAS, Drew and Loretta Lawrence are the purchasers and <br /> Stanley Meffert is the owner holding the signed offer to purchase of the <br /> following described land in the Town of Springfield, Dane County, <br /> Wisconsin, to-wit: <br /> +/- 40 acres being Sec. 23-8-8, NE 1/4 of NW 1/4, Town of <br /> Springfield, Dane County, Wisconsin (tax parcel # 280808 232 <br /> 8000-2); <br /> 2. WHEREAS, the said purchasers desire to place certain restrictions <br /> thereon, to bind the owner and those who may acquire title thereof; <br /> 3. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual benefits <br /> passing to and from the owner of those who may hereafter purchase <br /> said land and the parties named as beneficiaries of these restrictions, <br /> the following restrictions are hereby imposed: <br /> A. One (1) parcel to be rezoned from A-1 to RH-1 as designated on <br /> Dane County Rezoning Petition #4994, comprising appx. 2.72 <br /> acres. <br /> B. No separate rezoning requests will be made on the balance of <br /> this 40 acre parcel. Entire parcel will be considered the <br /> homestead parcel. <br /> These restrictions shall constitute covenants running with the land and <br /> shall be binding upon all parties now owning any part of said land, <br /> their successors, heirs and assigns, and all parties holding under them <br /> unless, pursuant to paragraphs 5 or 6 of this instrument, said <br /> restrictions are amended or terminated. <br /> -1- <br />
