September 20, 1982 <br /> IDL Mortgage Co. <br /> 1717 W. Beltline <br /> Madison, WI 53713 <br /> RE: Lot 69 Stoney Ridge, NE*, SE* Section 3, Town of Burke <br /> 3714 Shiloh Road <br /> Gentlemen: <br /> On September 7, 1982 this department conducted a well <br /> and septic evaluation at the above referenced location. The <br /> veil serving this residence is located about 25 feet west of <br /> the southwest corner of the house. The well does not appear <br /> to meet the minimum requirements of Wisconsin Administrative <br /> Code NR 112 in that it is not 8 inches above grade and does <br /> not have a tight fitting cover. A water sample was not collec- <br /> ted because of the non-compliance of the well. <br /> The private sewage system serving this three-bedroom <br /> residence was installed in November 1.979 and consists of a <br /> 1,000 gallon septic tank, a pump chamber and a 1,128 square <br /> foot drainfield located north of the house.
