Agriculture District to the <br /> RH-1 Rural Homes District. <br /> Pet. #4997: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 and NW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 14, Town of Perry described <br /> as follows: Commencing at the West quarter corner; thence East 495 feet, <br /> thence South 24.75 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue South 229.16 <br /> feet, thence East 295.16 feet; thence North 295.16 feet; thence West 295.16 <br /> feet; thence N 80° West 200 feet; thence N 13° West 170 feet; thence N 45° Wst <br /> 375 feet more or less; thence South 95 feet more or less along the centerline <br /> of Perry Center Road; thence S 45° East 300 feet more or less; thence S 13° <br /> East 200 feet; thence S 80° East 250 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
