Petition to rezone land in Perry Township , section 14, currently <br /> part of the property owned by the Achenbachs. <br /> TAX PARCEL NUMBER OF THE LARGER PARCEL: 22- t00 iW 2-- 100 i -V <br /> 1413 - 8000 -0 <br /> PROPOSED USE AND ACREAGE: <br /> Out of a proposed 70 acre parcel which we are offering to purchase, <br /> we want to rezone 3. 1 acres of land for a residential dwelling . 1 . 1 <br /> of those acres would be a 750-foot driveway from Perry Center Road <br /> to 2.0 acres situated approximately 200 feet from the southern side <br /> of a rock quarry next to Perry Center Road . Approximately two-thirds <br /> of this driveway would consist of a pre-existing road into the rock <br /> quarry. On the two acres on which the residential dwelling would be <br /> built , we would also have a lawn of approximately one acre, a garden <br /> or gardens of approximately a quarter of an acre, and the remainder <br /> planted in trees. Other than the residential dwelling , a two-car <br /> garage and possibly a small storage shed , we would plan no other <br /> buildings. <br /> TIME SCHEDULE: <br /> With appropriate zoning approval , and actual rezoning, we would <br /> plan to begin construction in May, 1991 , following receipt of an <br /> approved percolation test at the site.
