ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5020 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> SUN PRAIRIE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Sun Prairie be amended to include in the <br /> R-1 Residential and RH-3 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5020: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 32, Town of Sun Prairie described as <br /> follows: TO R-1: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 32; <br /> thence S 85° 32' 56" West 988.38 feet to the point of beginning; thence <br /> continue S 85° 32' 56" West 350 feet; thence S 00° 57' 42" East, 498 feet; <br /> thence N 87° 26' 07" East, 350 feet; thence N 00° 57' 42" West, 498 feet to the <br /> point of beginning. TO RH-3: Beginning at the East quarter corner of said <br /> Section 32; thence S 85° 32' 56" West 988.38 feet; thence S 00° 57' 42" East, <br /> 498.00 feet; thence S 87° 26' 07" West, 350 feet; thence S 00° 57' 42" East, <br /> 66.00 feet; thence N 87° 26' 07" East, 1335.07 feet; thence N 00° 49' 48" East, <br /> 608.17 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
