(608) 266-4266/266-9083 Fax (608) 267-1540 <br /> DAME COUNTY <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #2084, <br /> THE ZONING AND LAND REGULATION COMMITTEE OF THE DANE COUNTY <br /> BOARD PURSUANT TO SECTION 10.255(2) OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF <br /> ORDINANCES DOES HEREBY: <br /> GRANT Conditional Use Permit#2084 for a Skeet, Trap, Rifle and Pistol Range <br /> pursuant to Dane County Code of Ordinance Section 10.10(2) within the RE-1 Zoning <br /> District Boundary and subject to any conditions contained herein. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: JANUARY 6; 2009 <br /> THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS <br /> FOLLOWS: 7729 Greenway Road, Town of Bristol, Dane County, Wisconsin <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. Only those rifles/pistols and other long-barreled weapons allowed by the NBSC may be fired <br /> on the rifle range. <br /> 2. The rifle range shall be designed so as to contain 100% of all weapons fire within the area <br /> of the range, which area is defined as the area within the ridge lines of the berms enclosing <br /> the range. <br /> 3. The rifle range's design shall be approved before construction by a party or parties selected <br /> by the Town. Any costs incurred by the Town shall be reimbursed by the NBSC at an <br /> amount not to exceed a mutually agreed-upon reasonable cost. <br /> 4. The NBSC's President or designee shall aact as liaison to the Town. The liaison shall have <br /> the complete authority to halt all use of firearms on the NBSC premises pending resolution <br /> of any safety or operational issues raised by the Town. The NBSC shall be responsible for <br /> providing the current contact information, including telephone number and cell phone <br /> number, of the designated liaison. <br /> 5.
