I would like to recommend that <br /> the necessary zoning changes be granted. <br /> I understand that this property is to be renovated into efficiency <br /> apartments with private baths and kitchenettes. There is a great need <br /> for this type of housing in Madison. It is also very difficult to find <br /> housing in the proposed rent range. <br /> Our agency supports persons who have a developmental disability to live <br /> in their own homes in the community. Very few of the individuals that <br /> we support own a car.
