A part of the SE 1/4, SW 1/4 of Section 35, T7N, R9E, Town of <br /> Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin more fully described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the NE corner of said quarter-quarter; thence N89 <br /> degrees-30'W 468.00 ft. along the north line of said quarter-quarter <br /> to the point of beginning; thence continue N89 degrees-30W 149.80 ft. <br /> along the said north line, thence SO degrees-30'W 290.00 ft. along <br /> the center line of Perry Street, thence S89 degrees-30'E 150.00 ft. , <br /> thence 0 degrees-30' E 290.00 ft. to the point of beginning. Subject <br /> to existing Perry Street. <br /> The subject site has three separate buildings, (see Exhibit B) . <br /> Located in the northwest corner of the lot is an irregular shaped <br /> building, number 1, which houses the office, the 2 bedroom managers <br /> unit, and 3 motel rooms. <br /> In the northwest corner of the lot is building number 2 which houses <br /> 7 units on the upper level and 7 units on the lower level. <br /> In the southwest corner of the lot is building number 3 which houses <br /> 7 units on the upper level and 7 units on the lower level. <br /> V. Blueprints <br /> No blueprints are available for review. However, the typical unit is <br /> approximately 250-270 square feet, (see Exhibit C) . All, the units <br /> have carpeted floors, ceramic floors in the bathrooms and either a <br /> ceramic shower stall or a ceramic tub enclosure with a shower in the <br /> tub. <br /> The exterior walls are principally frame with some artificial stone <br /> trim on the side wall along Perry street.
