space . Dane County will send a action sheet to Town of Middleton <br /> on April 9, 1991 as well as let the neighbors know of our <br /> application. The conditional use permit is application number <br /> 921. <br /> 3-26-91 Mailed a registered letter to Carol Voss (Clerk of <br /> Middleton Town Board) for request for liquor license for 3440 <br /> High Point Road. <br /> 4-03-91 Attended the Middleton Planning Commission. We wanted <br /> to be sure that they had no problems with our request for a <br /> Conditional Use Permit. We told the Board that we had spoken <br /> with the neighbor Ken Welton (Ken Welton owns most of the land <br /> around 3440 High Point Road) . Mr. Welton disagreed with our <br /> proposal fearing that it would inhibit his ability to sell lots <br /> around the property we were looking to purchase. We did not <br /> agree with Mr . Welton since we would not change the outside of <br /> the property in any way (except for maybe improvements) . Since <br /> the property is already zoned Al, we feel our conditional use <br /> request would have less of an effect on his ability sell lots <br /> than if someone would for example raise animals on the property. <br /> The planning commission again had no problems and Steve Ziegler <br /> of the planning commission said that he would be sure to forward <br /> a note along with a copy of the February 6th, 1991 minutes to the <br /> new Board members stating that this would be acceptable . <br /> 4-10-91 Telephoned the Middleton Town Engineer Don Mayo and <br /> asked him to check out the driveway situation at 3440 High Point <br /> for the Conditional Use request. Mr. Mayo said he would and <br /> would get back to us . <br />
