For the most part, all the members <br /> felt there was not a problem from their standpoint. We are <br /> forwarding you a copy of the request in advance for your <br /> review. <br /> Requesting a conditional use permit to operate an Art Gallery <br /> and Winery located at 3440 South High Point Road, Lot 1 CSM <br /> 1949 Town of Middleton, WI . presently zoned Al. <br /> Would be a family run business with artwork and framing sales <br /> and sales of unopened bottles of vine, beginning with <br /> Wisconsin vines and -branching into other wines in the future. <br /> Would ' not sell opened vine by the glass. Would have wine <br /> tasting perhaps on days of art shows and on weekends only. <br /> Would hold art shows with guest artists at the Gallery. <br /> Business hours would be approximately 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM <br /> daily and evening hours during holidays. <br /> Presently own and operate Voyager Gallery, a wildlife art <br /> gallery in McFarland, WI . since 1984. The gallery would be <br /> operated by Barbara Newell and Larry Larson, a married <br /> couple.
