• April 3, 1991 <br /> Middleton Planning Commission <br /> Town of Middleton <br /> Middleton, WI <br /> As a follow up to a letter dated February 6, 1991, to the <br /> Middleton Planning Commission, requesting a conditional use <br /> permit to operate an Art Gallery at 3440 High Point Road, we <br /> would like to inform the Planning Commission that we have applied <br /> for this conditional use permit officially with the Dane County <br /> Zoning Board as of the end of March. For your records, it is <br /> identified as conditional use permit request 1921, and the Board <br /> will be voting on the request on May 14, 1991 . It has been <br /> requested by us that the Board give us it 's decision on that <br /> date, as our accepted offer to purchase has a limited time clause <br /> as to our ability to obtain this permit. <br /> The information provided to us upon making the application to the <br /> Dane County Board, was that their decision on May 14, would be <br /> highly dependent upon the decision of the Town Board of Middleton <br /> on this matter.
