All disturbed areas associated with phase I must be seeded and mulched by September 15, <br /> 2005. <br /> Grading and construction associated with phase II began August 1, 2006. <br /> All disturbed areas associated with phase II must be seeded and mulched by July 31, 2007. <br /> Grading and construction associated with phase III is planned to begin March 1, 2007. <br /> All disturbed areas associated with phase III must be seeded and mulched by July 31, 2007. <br /> Grading and construction associated with phase IV is planned to begin March 15, 2009. <br /> All disturbed areas associated with phase IV must be seeded and mulched by September 15, <br /> 2009. <br /> The construction site will follow the plan according to the schedule approved by Dane County Land <br /> Conservation. This permit will expire on the stabilization date included in the plan (September <br /> 15, 2009) and may be amended prior to permit expiration only. This review is for the erosion <br /> control and stormwater management requirements of Chapter 14, Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances only and other approvals may be necessary. A permit card must be obtained from the <br /> Land Conservation counter and displayed onsite prior to disturbing ground.
