7. The plan includes a construction schedule as follows: <br /> Grading and construction is planned to begin upon permit issuance. <br /> Disturbed areas associated with the driveway construction must be seeded and <br /> mulched(or erosion matted where noted)by September 4, 2009. <br /> Disturbed areas associated with the home construction must be temporarily <br /> mulched by October 1,2009. <br /> All disturbed areas remaining on site must be permanently seeded and mulched <br /> by November 15, 2009. <br /> The construction site must follow the plan according to the schedule approved by Dane County <br /> Land Conservation. This permit will expire on the stabilization date included in the plan <br /> (November 15, 2009)and may be amended prior to permit expiration only. This review is <br /> for the erosion control and stormwater management requirements of Chapter 14,Dane County <br /> Code of Ordinances only and other approvals may be necessary. The applicant must obtain a <br /> permit card from the Land Conservation counter and display it on the site prior to <br /> disturbing ground.
