RESTRICTIONS <br /> 1. WHEREAS, is/are <br /> the owner/s of the following described land in the Town of <br /> Dane County, Wisconsin, to-wit: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 - Section 19, Town of Dunn described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Northeast corner of said NE 1/4 SE 1/4 and point of <br /> beginning; thence West along North line of said 1/4 1/4 797.5 feet; thence <br /> South 200 feet; thence West 200 feet; thence South 115 feet; thence East 200.3 <br /> feet; thence South 425 feet; thence East 799.5 feet to East line of said 1/4 <br /> 1/4; thence North 740 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> 2. WHEREAS, the said owner desires to place certain restrictions thereon, to <br /> bind the owner and those who may acquire title hereafter; <br /> 3. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual benefits passing to and from <br /> the owner and those who may hereafter purchase said land and the parties <br /> named as beneficiaries of these restrictions, the following restrictions <br /> are hereby imposed: <br /> A. The area zoned RH-3 shall not be divided. <br /> B. Accessory buildings in the RH-3 area shall be located in the Westerly <br /> 200' of the property, South of the R-3A area, as specified by the site <br /> plan submitted by the applicant regarding Zoning Petition #5030. <br />
