ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5030 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DUNN <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunn be amended to include in the R-3A <br /> Residential and RH-3 Rural Homes. District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5030: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 - Section 19, Town of Dunn described as follows: <br /> TO R-3A: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said NE 1/4 SE 1/4; thence East <br /> 330 feet along North line said NE 1/4 SE 1/4 to point of beginning; thence <br /> South 200 feet; thence East 200 feet; thence North 200 feet; thence West 200 <br /> feet to the point of beginning. <br /> TO RH-3: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said NE 1/4 SE 1/4 and point of <br /> beginning; thence West along North line of said 1/4 1/4 797.5 feet; thence <br /> South 200 feet; thence West 200 feet; thence South 115 feet; thence East 200.3 <br /> feet; thence South 425 feet; thence East 799.5 feet to East line of said 1/4 <br /> 1/4; thence North 740 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) of <br /> the Dane County Code of Ordinances. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane <br /> County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions <br /> on said land: <br /> A. The area zoned RH-3 shall not be divided. <br /> B. Accessory buildings in the RH-3 area shall be located in the Westerly <br /> 200' of the property, South of the R-3A area, as specified by the site <br /> plan submitted by the applicant. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town <br /> Board as well as the owners of the land. Failure to record the restrictions <br /> will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: ap U g 1991 <br />
