RESTRICTIONS <br /> 1. WHEREAS, is/are <br /> the owner/s of the following described land in the Town of <br /> Dane County, Wisconsin, to-wit: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 - Section 26, Town of Verona described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the SE 1/4 corner of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section <br /> 35, Town of Verona described as follows: Part of Lot 2, CSM #4624 and <br /> part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 26, Town of Verona, described as <br /> follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of the said Lot #2; thence S <br /> 64° 40' 02" West 53.62 feet; thence S 04° 09' 20" West 154.10 feet; <br /> thence N 87° 40' 20" East 50.03 feet; thence N 85° 50' 40" East 50.00 <br /> feet; thence N 04° 09' 20" East 75.07 feet; thence N 85° 50' 40' East <br /> 48.34 feet; thence N 04° 09' 20" East 81.84 feet; thence N 83° 41' 20' <br /> West 100.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> 2. WHEREAS, the said owner desires to place certain restrictions thereon, to <br /> bind the owner and those who may acquire title hereafter; <br /> 3.
