• ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5037 ' ' ` <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> VERONA <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Verona be amended to include in the LC-1 <br /> Commercial District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5037: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 - Section 26, Town of Verona described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the SE 1/4 corner of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 35, Town of <br /> Verona described as follows: Part of Lot 2, CSM #4624 and part of the SE 1/4 <br /> SW 1/4 of Section 26, Town of Verona, described as follows: Beginning at the <br /> Northeast corner of the said Lot #2; thence S 64° 40' 02" West 53.62 feet; <br /> thence S 04° 09' 20" West 154.10 feet; thence N 87° 40' 20" East 50.03 feet; <br /> thence N 85° 50' 40" East 50.00 feet; thence N 04° 09' 20" East 75.07 feet; <br /> thence N 85° 50' 40' East 48.34 feet; thence N 04° 09' 20" East 81.84 feet; <br /> thence N 83° 41' 20' West 100.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) of <br /> the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the <br /> following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane <br /> County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions <br /> on said land: <br /> A. A maximum of 6 pieces of construction equipment may be stored outside. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town <br /> Board as well as the owners of the land. Failure to record the restrictions <br /> will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: I\UG 1 4 1991 <br />
