DANE COUNTY Page 1 of <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #927 <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD <br /> PURSUANT TO SECTION 10.255 (2) OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES <br /> DOES HEREBY: <br /> GRANT the conditional use permit subject to conditions. <br /> FOR: Governmental use - mineral extraction for USH 51 project <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: 5/28/91 EXPIRATION DATE: See below <br /> THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 2, Town of Dunkirk described as <br /> follows: The NE 1/4 SE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 2, Town of Dunkirk. <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> These conditions are specifically made applicable to this permit, <br /> any violation of such conditions shall be sufficient grounds for <br /> revocation of this permit. <br /> 1) . Operation of the mineral extraction shall be for the D.O.T. <br /> Highway 51 project #5845-02-71. <br /> 2) . The permit shall expire December 31, 1991 . Clean-up and <br /> restoration of the site shall be completed by that date. <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE AFTER PUBLIC HEARING AND <br /> IN THEIR CONSIDERATION OF THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT MADE THE <br /> FOLLOWING FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1 . This use will benefit the needs of either the residents or the <br /> agriculture ativities in the area. <br /> 2 . There are not other locations available for this use. <br /> 3. The land to be occupied by this use is not productive <br /> agricultural land. <br /> 4 . Public services needed by this use are available. <br /> 5. Public services needed by this use can be furnished without <br /> becoming an unreasonable burden on the taxpayers. <br /> 6. This use at this location willl not cause significant harm to <br /> the environment. <br />
