ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5055 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> WESTPORT <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Westport be amended to include in the R-3A <br /> Residential, A-2(8), A-2(4) Agriculture District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5055: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 26 and NE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 27 Town of <br /> Westport described as follows: <br /> TO R-3A: Commencing at the Southwest corner of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 corner of <br /> Section 26, Town of Westport. Thence S 89° 24' 52" West, 99 feet; thence N 00° <br /> 36' 31" East 649.81 feet; thence N 69° 25' 29" East 96.3 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. Thence N 69° 25' 29" East 436 feet to the centerline of Westport <br /> Road; thence S 46° 33' 29" East 150 feet; thence S 69° 25' 29' East 436 feet; <br /> thence N 46° 33' 29" East 150 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> TO A-2(8): Beginning at the Southwest corner of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 corner of <br /> Section 26, Town of Westport. Thence Easterly along the South line of said 1/4 1/4 to <br /> the centerline of Westport Road; thence Northwesterly along the centerline of <br /> Westport Road; 680 feet more or less to the Southerly line of the R-4 Zone; <br /> thence N 46° 51' 33" East 411 feet more or less at the Railroad right-of-way; <br /> thence S 38° 52' 06" East 430 feet more or less; thence South to the South line <br /> of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4; thence Westerly along the South line of the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) <br /> of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to <br /> the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed R-3A and A-2 (8) descriptions are intended to describe land <br /> for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. <br /> This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by <br /> Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
