CONT: 5055 <br /> • Page 2 <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDMENT #5055 <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane <br /> County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions <br /> on said land: <br /> A. The R-3A, A-2 (4) and A-2 (8) areas may not be divided into smaller <br /> parcels. <br /> B. Buildings are not permitted on the A-2 (4) and A-2 (8) areas. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town <br /> Board as well as the owners of the land. Failure to record the restrictions <br /> will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: <br />
