ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5100 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> WINDSOR <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Windsor be amended to include in the R-4 <br /> Residential District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5100: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 30, Town of Windsor described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 30; thenc N 01° 38' West, <br /> 1098.7 feet; along the East line of said Section 30; thence S 88° 15' West <br /> 336.88 feet along North line of Golf Drive, thence N 70° 03' West 100 feet <br /> along said North line, thence N 89° 53' West 889.3 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. Thence continue N 89° 53' West 96.7 feet; thence N 01° 46' West, <br /> 201.5 feet; thence S 89° 52' East 103.3 feet; thence S 07° 00' East 201.9 feet <br /> to the point of beginning. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: DEC 11 1991 <br />
