This strip of land was <br /> conveyed to the undersigned on June 16, 1987, upon which I place <br /> several tomato plants each spring, some squash and cucumber <br /> seedlings, a row or two of green beans, and some onions. I am not <br /> interested in maintaining a farm operation and, of course, do not <br /> require the 35 acre minimum to which you have referred. <br /> I note that § 11. 17 entitled "Administration" of the Dane County <br /> Code of Ordinances suggests at (1) (a) that the zoning administrator <br /> advise applicants as to the provisions of this ordinance and assist <br /> them in preparing permit applications. I am unable to determine <br /> that change in zoning which I am to request, and perhaps it would <br /> be more appropriate if I would dedicate this 10 ' strip of land to <br /> Dane County, reserving only the right to place thereon each spring <br />
