Taxes on the portion of <br /> land to which you refer were $2 .80 for the year 1989, and $3 . 01 for <br /> the year 1990. A copy of the 1989 statement of real estate taxes <br /> is enclosed. <br /> I realize that applications may not be processed by mail, but <br /> perhaps having received this information you could provide me a <br /> form application which is applicable to the alleged violation which <br /> you have brought to my attention. <br /> In further response to the information you require for the filing <br /> of a petition: <br /> 1. The legal description is set forth above. <br /> 2 . It is requested that the scale drawing be waived. <br /> 3 . The tax parcel number is 33-0809-241-8690-5, as you <br /> will note from the real estate tax statement which I have <br /> provided. <br /> 4 .
