I believe it is a violation <br /> to fill an area that borders so close to a waterway. <br /> I am asking that a permit not be granted to continue on Burningwood Way <br /> and that the damage already done to the area, be reversed. <br /> Since Mr.Fox started the Cherokee development, he has attempted to <br /> excavate and fill where the best interests for the environment are not <br /> heeded.
