Livingston <br /> DATE: October 23, 1991 <br /> RE: PROPOSED CHEROKEE DEVELOPMENT <br /> I appreciate the opportunity to review proposed development <br /> within the Cherokee subdivision. Is a zoning change <br /> necessary to accommodate proposed new residential areas <br /> highlighted in your transmittal? <br /> I have attached a depiction of the aircraft noise contours <br /> derived from our recently completed noise study. The 60 Ldn <br /> encompasses approximately one-half of the proposed <br /> development; the 65 Ldn is very close. Currently, the <br /> airport receives noise complaints from residents on <br /> Commanche Way; therefore, the airport will request an <br /> avigation easement (attached) .
