Therefore, the Service recommends no net loss of habitat value. <br /> Federal Threatened and Endangered Species <br /> Based on a review of our files, we concur with the statement in the <br /> public notice that no federally listed species are present in the <br /> project area. In addition, no federally proposed threatened or <br /> endangered species are expected to be present at the site. This <br /> precludes the need for further action on this project as required by the <br /> 1973 Endangered Species Act, as amended.
