Driveway Agreement and Easements <br /> Champagne/Champagne <br /> Page 5 of 5 <br /> 19. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to be a gift or dedication of any portion of the easements <br /> granted under this Agreement to the general public or for any public purpose whatsoever. The <br /> parties agree to cooperate with each another and to take such measures as may be necessary to <br /> prevent the dedication to the public of the Joint Driveway Easement Area and the Additional Farm <br /> Fields Easement Area. whether by express grant, implication, or prescription, including without <br /> limitation, the posting of"Private Drive" or`'No Trespassing" signs. Such measures shall not, <br /> however, unreasonably interfere with the easement rights granted under this Agreement. <br /> 20. This agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of <br /> Wisconsin. <br /> 21. This document represents the entire agreement between the parties and may be amended or <br /> terminated only by a future written agreement signed by all parties duly recorded in the office of the <br /> • Register of Deeds. Dane County, Wisconsin. <br /> 22.
