Now the <br /> applicant is back for an expansion. <br /> One of the main reasons for these objectives and policies Is to direct <br /> major commercial and Industrial development to urban areas where <br /> communities have planned and constructed the public infrastructure to <br /> handle such urban development . <br /> This proposal would double the size of a manufacturing facility. <br /> The proposal is along a narrow town road with houses on the RH-1 <br /> parcels, a corn drying operation on the A-B parcel and a landscape <br /> contractor on the LC-1 parcel . The balance. of the area Is productive <br /> farmland. <br /> The question is, should an Industrial use be allowed to expand in <br /> contradiction to adopted policies. There Is no planning rationale to <br /> support such a decision. <br /> • <br />
