Adequate measures have been or will be taken to provide ingress and egress so designed <br /> as to minimize traffic congestion in the public streets. <br /> The Crystal Lake Campground has been in operation for over 40 years and was a permitted use <br /> for years. The existing Gannon Road in Columbia County serves the campground. Its <br /> connection to Hwy 60 is a safe intersection. All roads within the Dane County section of the <br /> campground are private. <br /> 6. That the conditional use shall conform to all applicable regulations of the district in which it <br /> is located. <br /> The Crystal Lake Campground has been in operation for over 40 years and was a permitted use <br /> for years. The Crystal Lake Campground is located within the Crystal, Fish, and Mud Lake <br /> Rehabilitation District and cooperates with them to keep the lake clean and safe for the general <br /> public. The sewage collection and treatment system proposed for the Dane County section of <br /> the campground is part of that effort. <br />
