At <br /> present, the area is in corn. <br /> Based on the information provided, the erosion and runoff concerns <br /> are minimal. The berm in the front portion next to Highway D is <br /> for vision purposes only. A recommendation is the berm and <br /> surrounding buffer area be seeded down. The access road should be <br /> managed to prevent tracking onto the highway. <br /> In regard to surface water concerns, according to the Dane County <br /> Soil Survey and past aerial photos, there is an area to the north <br /> end of the C.U.P that appears to be a low area. How much <br /> stormwater capacity this "natural low spot" has is uncertain.
