CALL TO ORDER <br /> The meeting was called to order by Shary Bisgard, Chair, at 7:05 PM in <br /> Rm 201 City-County Bldg. <br /> II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> Motion by Proctor/Mackie to approve the minutes of 10/22, 10/29 and <br /> 11/12, 1991; carried 4-0. <br /> III. REZONE AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT APPLICATIONS FROM November 12, 1991 <br /> HEARING <br /> 1. PETITION #5171 by David L. Vogel to change the zoning from A-1 Exclusive <br /> Agriculture to RH-2 Rural Homes on property located at 2757 Door Creek Road in <br /> part of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 7, Town of Pleasant Springs. <br /> Motion by Proctor/Mackie to approve; carried 4-0. <br /> 2. PETITION #5172 by Williamson Surveying, agent for Roland Tracy Will II to <br /> change the zoning from A-1 Exclusive Agriculture to RH-2 Rural Homes on <br /> property located at 5762 CTH Q in part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 17, Town <br /> of Westport. <br /> Motion by Proctor/Anderson to approve; carried 4-0. <br /> 3. PETITION #5173 by Williamson Surveying, agent for Norbert Kaltenberg to <br /> change the zoning from A-1 Exclusive Agriculture to RH-1 Rural Homes on <br /> property located at 6752 McChesney Road in part of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section <br /> 29, Town of Vienna. <br /> Motion by Proctor/Anderson to amend the petition to impose the condition <br /> specified by the Town Board as follows: <br /> 1. No further division or construction of residential buildings are <br /> allowed on the lands that the proposed rezone area was separated <br /> from. <br /> Motion carried 5-0. <br /> Motion by Proctor/Anderson to approve as amended; carried 5-0. <br /> 4. PETITION #5174 by Harry Treu to change the zoning from A-1 Exclusive <br /> Agriculture to RH-2 and RH-4 Rural Homes on property located North of 2601 <br /> Sand Rock Road in part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 23 and SW 1/4 NW 1/4 and <br /> NW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 24, Town of Blue Mounds. <br />
