DEED RESTRICTION. <br /> A. A maximum of One acre may be utilized for construction of <br /> residences and related accessory buildings located in the RH-4 <br /> zoned areas. Said one acre shall be located in or in close <br /> proximity to the wooded areas on the property. <br /> B. The established drainageways located on the property shall not be <br /> disturbed and shall be properly maintained to prevent erosion and <br /> sediment transportation to the adjacent sensitive river-bottom land. <br /> C. The existing field drives shall be used for driveway access for any <br /> residences. New locations for access driveways are not permitted. <br /> 2. CONDITION. <br /> A. An Erosion Control Plan is required prior to the construction of <br /> any driveways or buildings on the property. <br /> Motion carried 5-0. <br /> Motion by Proctor/Bisgard to approve as amended; carried 5-0. <br /> 5. PETITION #5175 by Birrenkott Surveying, agent for Walter Ellner to change <br /> the zoning from A-1 Exclusive Agriculture to R-1 Residential on property <br /> located West of 2897 Burke Road in part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 30, Town <br /> of Sun Prairie. <br /> Motion by Blaska/Proctor to approve; carried 6-0. <br /> 6. PETITION #5176 by Williamson Surveying, agent for Leo Ziegler to change <br /> the zoning from A-1 Exclusive Agriculture to R-3A Residential on property <br /> located at7153 Schneider Road in part of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 33, Town of <br /> Springfield. <br /> Motion by Proctor/Mackie to postpone action to a future meeting, the Town <br /> is reconsidering this application; carried 6-0. <br /> 7. PETITION #5177 by Richard E. Brockman to change the zoning from A-1 <br /> Exclusive Agriculture to RH-2 and RH-3 Rural Homes on property located at 6060 <br /> Town Hall Drive in part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 10, Town of Sun Prairie. <br /> Motion by Proctor/Blaska to postpone action to a future meeting, no <br /> communication from the Town; carried 6-0. <br /> 8. PETITION #5178 by Lee Marks to change the zoning from R-1A Residential to <br /> R-1 Residential on property located at 4717 Buss Road in part of the NE 1/4 NE <br /> 1/4 Section 6, Town of Cottage Grove. <br /> Motion by Bisgard/Mackie to approve; carried 6-0. <br />
