ZNR 11/26/91 Minutes <br /> Page 2 <br /> Motion by Proctor/Bisgard to amend to include a deed restriction as <br /> specified by the Town and restrictions and conditions as imposed by the <br /> committee: <br /> 1. DEED RESTRICTION. <br /> A. A maximum of One acre may be utilized for construction of <br /> residences and related accessory buildings located in the RH-4 <br /> zoned areas. Said one acre shall be located in or in close <br /> proximity to the wooded areas on the property. <br /> B. The established drainageways located on the property shall not be <br /> disturbed and shall be properly maintained to prevent erosion and <br /> sediment transportation to the adjacent sensitive river-bottom land. <br /> C. The existing field drives shall be used for driveway access for any <br /> residences. New locations for access driveways are not permitted. <br /> 2. CONDITION. <br /> A. An Erosion Control Plan is required prior to the construction of <br /> any driveways or buildings on the property. <br /> Motion carried 5-0. <br /> Motion by Proctor/Bisgard to approve as amended; carried 5-0. <br /> 5.
