Slotten actually filed his petition to rezone today, and <br /> County Zoning Committee action is expected in November, 1991, to <br /> be forwarded to the County Board by December 5 , 1991 . If the <br /> petition to rezone is approved, the County will dismiss its case. <br /> I am writing to request that the briefing schedule be put on. <br /> hold pending County Board action on Mr . Slotten ' s petition to <br /> rezone. Attorney Gibson is in agreement on this issue .
