First , we apologize for the delay in this response. This <br /> was due to the unavailability of immediate land survey <br /> services and Vera Hill ' s accident which necessitated hospit- <br /> alization. <br /> 2 . We have submitted the information necessary to record the <br /> required permit for new mobile home. <br /> 3 . We have instructed our Lessee, Mr. Tim Peterson of the <br /> violations incurred by the music studio and rabbit raising <br /> operation. He has a copy of your letter of 8/23/89 along with <br /> rezoning petition #4366 .
