Letter of transmittal ( see attached ) . <br /> Prior to 1965 a rather dilapitated small rental home <br /> was located at this site . It was removed for safety sake <br /> and replaced by a mobile home. This mobile home was sold <br /> to the new rental occupant who left the site in 1988 . <br /> A new mobile home was moved to this site later in 1988 . <br /> At that time a permit was secured from the Town of <br /> Verona (copy attached. This permit apparently was not <br /> recorded. This should serve as a request for so filing . <br /> { <br />
